Refund policy

Private persons can return your purchased products within 14 days for a full refund, providing:

  • The item is complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. and all are in new condition.
  • The item is in the original packaging. The packaging is in new condition.
  • Software, batteries and consumables are not refunded.

When you return an item you are responsible to return the item in good condition. Make sure the item is carefully packaged with an outer box and lots of material to absorb the shocks of transportation. Insurance is highly recommended. We cannot assume any liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing.

When we receive the product we will check it for damage. If the product is in new condition, the full unit price will be reimbursed within 7 days.

Warranty

The warranty period is listed with each product. The product can be returned to us for replacement or repairs for free. If your product is broken, contact us. We will analyze and discuss the defect over e-mail with you, this prevents unnecessary returns. If it is necessary to replace or repair the product, we will provide you with a return label. With this label you can send the item to us for free.

You are responsible to package the item carefully with an outer box and lots of material to absorb the shocks of transportation. We cannot assume any liability for returned products arriving damaged due to inappropriate packing.

If you send us a product which is not defect under warranty, you will have to pay € 25 handling cost and the shipping costs to send the item back to you.

Taxes and duties

All prices on our website are listed excluding VAT. The table below lists whether you have to pay VAT or duty.

EU country Commercial You pay 0% VAT and the shipment is free of duty. Enter a valid EU VAT id on checkout.
Private You only pay 17 - 25% VAT to us. The shipment is free of duty.
Outside EU All We charge you 0% VAT. Duties and local VAT will be collected by customs.
The Netherlands All We charge you 21% VAT.

Shipping cost and information

All orders over € 99,- are shipped for free within the EU.

Shipping cost depends on the destination country. The table below lists the rates for the most common countries. Feel free to contact us for rates to other countries.

Listed shipping rates include 21% VAT, except the rates to Norway and Switzerland. To remote areas like islands we may charge an additional fee.

Delivery time and tracking

When all ordered products are in stock and you order before 16:00 CET (Germany, Spain, Norway, etc..) your order will be sent the same day. We don't send orders on holidays, Saturday or Sunday. We send you an e-mail with tracking information, so you can track where your parcel is while it is on the way.

Payment

Orders can be paid for with credit card, Paypal, iDeal, Mister Cash and Sofort Banking. You can also use a regular bank transfer to pay for your order.

Additional terms and conditions for shipments outside of the EU

We receive enquiries from all over the world. We are happy to offer, but some additional terms and conditions apply to these non-EU enquiries.

These conditions apply to all orders to non-EU addresses and apply in addition to our general terms and conditions:

  • There is a MOQ of €500 for non-EU orders.
  • Because international orders take a lot of manual effort, we charge a €30 handling fee.
  • Prepayment by bank transfer is the default payment method
  • Other payment methods can be requested. We don't accept Paypal for payments outside of the EU
  • Returns are not accepted.
  • The same warranty applies as for our EU orders, but the shipping costs are entirely for the customer.
  • We deliver under incoterms CIP or EX-WORKS Eindhoven.
  • For CIP we ship with UPS
  • For ex-works the customer has to provide a label and the documentation for the package.
